With more than 30 years’ combined experience, these companies now have enhanced their capacity to serve businesses across the country.

“This expanded relationship will add to the level of service we can provide to our customers,” JEM CEO says, from his Missouri-based operation.

What gives the gold its pink color or rosy tone?

Generally, when the metal is labeled “rose gold,” it’s a combination of yellow gold and copper – and sometimes zinc and silver. The highest karat version of rose gold is also known as crown gold, and it is 22 karat. For 18 karat rose gold, typically about 4% silver is added to 75% gold and 21% copper to lend a rose color. Overall, you will find that rose gold reflects the warmth and beauty of the wearer.

This week marks a historic gem finding! The Australian Argyle mine dug up the historic “Argyle Pink Jubilee,” a whopping 12.76 carats and the largest of its size in twenty-six years. Meanwhile, the Argyle mine in Australia has been known for its pink diamonds since they were first discovered there in the late 1970s.

For those of you looking for pink diamonds and diamond jewelry, note the extreme rarity of this colored stone and mining complexities can result in a higher associated expense than diamonds in the colorless range. Still, affordable pink-hued gemstones exist. For example, pink tourmaline, one of the October birthstones, is a lovely natural beauty. In addition, pink sapphire, pink quartz, and pink aqua can magnificently enhance diamond accessories.
