It all starts with the customer’s inspiration, desire, or need. Perhaps it’s from an inability to find the perfect or exact piece they have been searching for. Or maybe a unique piece was lost or damaged. Or perhaps they have or want stones which do not fit in readily-available settings. Brilliant Merchandising is here to help you!

1. Contact Brilliant Merchandising  Phone, fax or email us with a description of your custom design opportunity.

2. Quotation  Brilliant Merchandising will promptly provide you with a competitive quotation and any options or alternatives we might be able to offer.

CAD Design

3. Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Upon approval of the quotation, Brilliant Merchandising creates a 3-dimensional CAD proof for you and your customer’s review and approval, or minor revisions if necessary. The CAD proof may be branded with your name/logo if you desire.

3D Wax

4.  Wax Model Produced

Based on the approved CAD design, a 3D wax is “printed” on one of our state-of-the art 3D printers. Our jewelers inspect and perfect the wax with hand details.

5. Quality Production  Meticulous casting, setting, polishing, and absolute quality assurance.

6. Prompt Delivery  We are fully aware your customer will be very eager to see and touch the creation you helped them make a reality. We quickly ship out items as soon as they have passed quality control inspection.
